I am happening to have 12 days holiday off for the first time in years. And I have absolutely no plan to do but just playing with my kids at home.
Since Santa has happened to give our kids very excellent toy - cuboro, we are enjoying building things like below over and over and over and over.
I am definitely enjoying my best holiday season ever.
I have recently moved to new place. It was my 23rd moving in my life, 18 times in Japan and 5 times in the U.S. Wonder how many more times I will do the same.
While it's becoming more difficult and not so fun as much as used to be because of children and too much of stuff, moving is still a lot of fun.
My tips of moving is, don't make a move when you move. Meaning, don't throw anything away. You pack everything and throw things away when you open at the new place.
Moving is the most common occasion for people to give things up. But if you don't have enough time, you might easily make a really bad decision. You can easily underestimate some of memorial things under pressure. So, don't make a move when you move. You can think about it later at new place.
My wife doesn't agree with me, though.
Knowing some 4-year-old boy can play like this, I feel I might be spoiling great talents of my kids...
My kids love to see me playing the guitar but don't seem to be interested in playing it by themselves yet. Though I have been ready to tell them how to play it for years.
When I was looking at a calender this afternoon, I realized that today was our wedding anniversary. And it wasn't like 4th, it was 10th! Gee.
Thank God, I was almost going home without clue and my wife would have said "what kind of day is today by the way?" after dinner sarcastically. Whew, that was really close.
Okay. Now, the question is, what can I do? It's kinda too late to plan a big surprising gift or something.
But I should find something to bring it home and tell her like "how dare can I forget the most important day in my life?", right?
